If you’re bursting with creative ideas you want to turn into great TV, audio, online or social media content, this 18-month scheme could be the first step in your career. We’re looking for individuals with potential and a passion for making great content. You’ll need to be 18 when you join, be eligible to work in the UK, and have Maths and English GCSEs at 9-4/A-C or National 5s (Scotland) at A-C or equivalent.
On completion you will have the opportunity to apply for a permanent role at the BBC.

You’ll use your creative and technical skills to get your ideas turned into real products, services and standards. You will need to have graduated with a 2.1 BSc in a technical subject with a high quantitative or programming element and be eligible to work in the UK.
On completion of the programme you’ll be eligible for promotion to R&D engineer, you might choose to go on to become a chartered engineer or apply for other roles within the BBC.
