The Institute of Banking & Personnel Selection (IBPS) has started the recruitment process for Probationary Officers/Management Trainees (CRP PO/MT) in the participating banks from today August 1. Candidates can start their application process on the IBPS official website ibps.in. They are required to apply for the positions by August 21.
This year, IBPS PO 2024 is being held for 4,455 vacancies in 11 participating banks –

Age Limit:
To be eligible for IBPS PO 2024, a candidate must be at least 20 years old and cannot be older than 30.
Education Qualification
As per official notice, candidates must have a graduate degree in any discipline from an Indian government-approved university to sit for the IBPS PO exam. Degrees such as BA, BCom, BSc, B.Tech, or any equivalent approved by the Central Government are eligible. When applying for the exam, candidates must have their degree certificate or graduation mark sheet available, which should display their percentage of marks earned. One should also have a basic understanding of computers. Candidates should also possess fluency in the reading, writing and speaking parts of the official language of the State or UT in which they are applying.

Step 2. Look for the notification link ‘Common Recruitment Process for Probationary Officers/Management Trainee-XIII’ from the homepage.
Step 3. Now click on the “Apply Online” link.
Step 4. Register yourself by providing details like name, contact number, email address, etc if you are a new user.
Step 5. Now log in using your credentials and fill out the application form with required information.
Step 6. Upload the necessary scanned copies.
Step 7. Pay the necessary fee charges from pay options.
Step 8. Review the application form before submitting it.
Step 9. Download and print your application form for future reference.

The IBPS PO application fee is Rs. 850 for general applicants and Rs. 175 for candidates falling under SC, ST, and PWD categories. Candidates should note that the fees once submitted will be non-refundable.
